UNEAQ
Since I’m friends with members of UNEAQ, I’m always in the loop far before anyone else when they’ll be playing. I made plans with a few friends to go check them out at SoFA Lounge in San José. I jumped on the train, took a cab to the venue, and waited for Amanda to arrive.
The party was great. Jaime Gonzalez started us out with a solid set of funky house grooves. UNEAQ came on and performed a spectacular set to a very impressive crowd. Roger Moorehouse closed out the party with a mix of house classics that had the floor full of sweaty people when the bar shut down before 2.
Thanks for the invite, UNEAQ. Knock ’em dead at WMC!
