Guess you should lobby Sacramento to amend VC 27400 to include the deaf.

If it’s truly “extremely reckless and dangerous to operate a bicycle while listening to your iPod” shouldn’t you apply the same logic to the hearing impaired?

Think of the lives you’d be saving.

Are you really suggesting that Apple ‘devotees’ are so in thrall to the mega corporation from which they habit-buy their consumer electronics that they will willingly endanger their own lives against their better judgement just because Apple say so?

That’s a scary idea, and it’s not hard to see why democracy is failing so badly, oddly coinicding with the rise of Apple’s popularity.

Perhaps Apple should change their slogan to ‘Don’t think at all: we’ll do that for you.’
