About Apollo
Apollo Phoebus Lee is a blogger, composer and web developer, who makes his home in the Silicon Valley, but works in San Francisco. He has diverse musical tastes, loves movies, and can dance all night, even after a 10 km run. He is on most of the popular social networks, and even a few that aren’t so popular.
In 2007, Apollo lost 47 pounds between July 27 and New Year’s Eve, primarily through fixing his diet and doing CrossFit workouts (which he posts here). He’s a former recreational cyclist with 18,000 under his wheels in four years. He has also been a dancer since the early 80s and can be found on San Francisco dancefloors quite frequently.
In 2008, he started ApolloLee.com, a blog about his own music and the process of writing at least a track per week all year. He also started Osteocephalic, a blog on which he writes about the process of music composition with Logic, Reason, Live, and other software.
